We are doing this career essay in English class. I'm doing a Journalist, and my friend is doing an Anesthesiologist. I mean, like, how well do you have to do in school? Because I know very very very few people who I think would make it into medical school (no offense) I dont even think I could make it into medical school

Those of us who made it into med school are the ones that got A's from first grade on.  We're self-driven perfectionists.  An occasional B slipped in now and then to keep us humble, but our GPA's tend to be 3.7 or higher in both HS and college.

Very few people do make it into medical school.  There's a reason for that.  Almost all who enter med school graduate - the weeding out has already been done.  There is an incredible amount of information to learn and apply to patient care; it's grueling.
