I know they start in the right Atrium and then go to the lungs for oxygen. Then what happens?

They take O2 there (hemoglobin in erythrocytes binds O2) and then through left heart and the rest of the circulation to organs and tissues, where that O2 is needed. There, O2 is exchanged for CO2, and red blood cells carrying CO2 go back to right heart, then lungs, and all over again.
