What 3 pieces of evidence demonstrate that Na+ conductance was responsible for the rising phase of the action potential?


I know it has to do with na flow causing depolarization, I just don't get what the specific 3 are

What 3 pieces of evidence demonstrate that Na+ conductance was responsible for the rising phase of the action potential?

Also mention the charge of the axon. When sodium begins to flow into the axon, it becomes positive - depolarized.
