So for the sake of being hypothetical, if we ignore the E=mc squared principle and imagined that a clump of information whether it being a person or a molecule of water could go at a greater velocity than light speed and so would exceed the very information that makes its being perceivable to outside reference frames. would this mean that the information would simply no longer exist other than its own reference frame?

First let's set the record straight.  e = mc^2 has nothing to do with the speed of light or information transfer.  In fact, e = mc^2 is about rest mass.  We call it "rest" mass because it's at rest, not moving at all re some reference point.

Second, information is limited to light speed because the means to carry that information is so limited.  So when you released the limit to light speed and had your whatever going v > c, so went the information along with it.

But the real issue is assuming that pigs could fly.  You know, as in "If pigs could fly how fast would they go?"  You can't assume the impossible and expect a logical answer.  Garbage in, garbage out.  Mass and energy cannot exceed the speed of light...period.  And only energy, as in photons, can travel at the speed of light.
