If you have the mass and charge of the proton, the radius of its circular path (which is perpendicular to the magnetic field) and the strength of the field.. how would you calculate the protons velocity? Well just the speed I guess, the direction is towards the centre of the circle.

the magnetic force will be experienced by the moving proton. If  the velocity (v) is perpendicular with magnetic field (B), the magnitude of force :
           F = B * e * v                      e= proton's charge

This force will act as centripetal force: Fs = m * v^2/R
  ---> B * e * v = m * v^2/R
 ----->   R = (m * v)/( B * e )  ---> v = ( B * e * R)/m
