Binary fission is the process by which all bacteria reproduce.  Binary fission results in the separation of a single cell into two identical daughter cells each containing at least one copy of the parental DNA.

And the cytoplasm and chromosomes do divide during cell division

binary fission is bacteria only.

cytoplasm undergoes cytokinesis
chromosomes separate during the telophase of mitosis
eukaryotic cells separating after mitosis is also called cleavage

Can you ask a clearer question next time? thank you
