This is a strange question.

Antimicrobial pertains to destroying or inhibiting the growth of living things inside other living things (also viruses) noted by the suffixes
-cidal and -static.

Chemotherapeutic agents may be cytotoxic in nature, which means they are indiscriminate between host cells and invading cells.
