Dominic's hygiene factors, safety, pay, benefits, and positive relationships with coworkers are being met in his current position, so he probably takes them for granted and is not motivated by them. In this case, there are other motivator factors in play. Dominic may be interested in a promotion, job growth, or more responsibility.
