Hi! would anyone be able to help me out?

In an actual heart, what is the most logical way to compensate for a decrease in blood vessel radius? What change might be seen in the myocardium of patients with aortic valve stenosis or atherosclerosis?

Sure, I can start you in the right direction. Decreasing blood vessel radius will increase the mean arterial pressure by increasing the total peripheral resistance. In aortic valve stenosis which is a narrowing, the radius also decreases, as well as in artherosclerosis.
