There are several polyprotic acids available such as phosphoric acid (H3PO4), sulfuric acid (H2SO4) and carbonic acid (H2CO3). From this acid you can form acid salts. These are: NaH2PO4, KHSO4 and NaHCO3. These are salts since they contain a cation that is not hydrogen and an anion; they are formed from an acid-base reaction that removed only one of the available protons of the parent acid. These salts, however, can still act as an acid since they still have an available proton that can interact with a base.

An acidic salt is one that dissolves in water to make a solution with a pH less than 7 (ie acid).  An acidic salt will contain the anion of a strong acid and the cation of a weak base.

Some examples are
AlCl3
MgBr2
Zn(NO3)2

This occurs because the cation of the salt will hydrolyze (react with water) and liberate a hydrogen ion.  The anion does not hydrolyze.
Al + HOH Rightwards Arrow  [AlOH]2+ + H+
Mg + HOH Rightwards Arrow [MgOH]+ + H+
Zn + HOH Rightwards Arrow [ZnOH}+ + H+

Salts which contain H will produce acid solutions as the anion reacts with water
NaHSO4
NaHCO3
HSO4- + H2O <==>  H3O+ + SO4=

Ammonium salts will produce acidic solutions
NH4Cl
NH4+ + H2O <==> NH3 + H3O+
