Acetic acid has a formula weight of 60 g/mole
5 g / 60 = 0.0833 moles of Acetic Acid.

Since this is the amount per 1 liter of solution, the Molarity (which is mole per liter) = 0.0833 M Acetic Acid.

Your numbers are not correct. Standard commercial (household) vinegar is approximately 5% acetic acid, That is 5g per 100ml or 50g per litre. The molar mass of acetic acid is approx 60g/mol, so the molarity of vinegar is 0.83M.
If you are buying vinegar with only 5g per litre, then you should change your supplier because you are being sold a defective product.
