Man has modified many foods for many years creating produce that is unable to reproduce by itself.  Without human interference which crops would be effected the worst?  Would we cease to have bananas and corn?

Triploid hybrids can not produce fertile offspring.  Bananas can continue to grow by producing offspring asexually.  Some tetraploid hybrids do not produce vigorous offspring if allowed to reproduce naturally.  Seedless varieties might also die off as they don't produce viable seeds.

In my opinion almost everything would die off eventually At first killed by lack of irrigation,or pest control, then choked by weeds and Finlay out competed by the Natural vegetation of the area ( by succession), Forests, steppe grassland and so on. The least effected would be forrest fruits eg mangos, figs and nuts
