3?F capacitor is connected in series with a 22 k? resistor. A 7 V battery is added in series with the capacitor and resistor when a switch is closed. What is the voltage between the plates of the capacitor 19 ms after closing the switch?

For a charging capacitor use Q(t)=Qo(1-e^(-t/RC))

RC=(22e3)(3e-6)=66 ms
Qo=7V
t=19ms

Plug into Q(t)

7V(1-e^(-19ms/66ms))=1.75 V
