Population A has green eyes and blue eyes.  Population B has green eyes and blue eyes but has a blue eyed eating predator what happens to size and frequency?
IF Population A has a predator that only kills blue eyes and Population B has a disease that only kills white eyes what happens to the population?
Both populations have white eyes.

Population A would remain neutral.

Population B would have a greater green eyed population than blue eyed, because there's a predator killing the blue eyes.

In a nutshell, natural selection = resistance to extinction.

Population B has a less favorable trait. Intially it will decrease in sixe. Then the more favorable green eyed trait will be the most common aand finally the only  trait. Population A will not change.
