4,5

1-3 are all what you expect to see in a patient with chronic heart failure. Myocardiopathy is a wear and tear of the heart and its muscle strength is lowered. (2) leaves you with the heart valves are not functioning properly, it is usually the mitral or aortic valve) And CHD is a narrowing of the coronary arteries none of them occur quickly like 1,2 where it can be developed in a patient in a moment. MI (heart attack), not stroke, where the acute failure left the heart muscle dies due to a lack of blood given to it and results in 5.

Patients often present for care with signs of acute heart failure when they have had an abrupt onset of myocardial injury such as a massive myocardial infarction (MI). Cardiomyopathy, valve disease, and coronary heart disease (CHD) are all associated with chronic heart failure.
Don't forget to give me a thumbs up!
