Mike has been overweight his entire life and has tried every diet at least twice. Harry, his friend who was also overweight, told him that there are CDs he can listen to while sleeping that contain subliminal messages. Harry swears that is how he lost 30 pounds. Mike was interested and intrigued. Based on research, Mike should
A) listen to the CDs when he is awake for better results.
B) go out and purchase the CDs immediately.
C) use the CDs but also add in meditation.
D) wait another few months until more reliable data come out on the topic.
