Wynstin landed a fabulous job as a financial consultant about six months ago.  He is quite successful at his job and enjoys what he does, but gets extremely stressed out while at work.  He knows it is not the work that is bothering him, but rather an offensive coworker.  Wynstin coworker always comes to his office making derogatory comments toward him.  Wynstin does not want to mention this to his supervisor because the offensive coworker is the supervisor's son.  Over time, Wynstin decides that he will just try to ignore the comments and not take them personally.  Wynstin is engaging in
