Under Bill C-31:
a. If a section 6(2) person married a non-Indian, the offspring would not be considered
an Indian
b. If a section 6(1) person married a non-Indian, the offspring would not be considered
an Indian
c. If a section 6(2) person married a section 6(2) person, the offspring would not b e
considered an Indian
d. If a section 6(1) person married a section 6(2) person, the offspring would be
considered a section 6(2)
