How much more energy does an x-ray photon have than a radio wave photon in this example? (That is, what is the ratio of the energy of the x-ray photon to the radio wave photon?)

X-ray frequencies are in the range of about 10^17 to 10^18 Hz.
Radio frequencies are in the range of about 10^7 to 10^9 Hz.
Since the energy of a photon is proportional to its frequency, divide an X-ray frequency by a radio frequency to get the ratio. Let's use 10^18 and 10^9; the ratio is 10^9. (The range of ratios is from about 10^8 to 10^11.)
