E = h x f

and frequency = velocity/wavelength
= 3x10^8/37x10^-9
= 0.81m

so E = 6.63x10^-34 x 0.81
= 5.37x10^-34 J

6.02x10^23 x 5.37x10^-34

= 3.23x10^-10 J
