I have questions about how to communicate effectively at a job?

You are the IT support person at ABC company. You're organization has just hired a full time national sales rep. She will be on the road constantly and will only be in the office maybe once or twice a month. Communication with the home office is crucial. You're task, assigned by the VP of IT, is to equip this person with everything she needs to communicate, transfer messages, print documents, submit sales orders, and generally provide anything else she needs to effectively do her job.
