I am doing a science project that requires me to raise the temperature of 200 mL water in a tray under a grow light. Inside the water is algae and salt. I don't know what the best tool would be to raise the temperature so minutely.
Thanks

Hi there

You'll have to find yourself a heating plate. It's the only the only way because you can control the temperature accurate to your liking

I am trying to raise the temperature of water only slightly above room temperature, so I assumed that heating plates don't have a low enough setting to get the temperatures I need. Also how would I would I do the reverse and lower the temperature by few degrees below room temperature?
Thanks
