7.   Why is Acetylcholine important? Why inhibiting this enzyme can be fatal?
Acetylcholine allows transmittance of impulses across a synapse.
An inhibition of this can cause an impulse not to be passed which doesn't sound that bad, however if it is an impulse to tell the heart to slow, down because the pressure is too high, the heart will not do this, or it could cause your heart to stop!

i need help with  number 8 and 9

8.   What type of inhibition is this? Reversible or irreversible

9.   Is there an antidote for this?  How does it work?
