I would say it is Gram Positive Bacteria.

Gram Negative Bacteria only have 2 sheets of peptidoglycans, Mycobacteria do not have cell walls, Protozoan cysts have thin cell walls, and Viruses have lipid-based walls easily degraded by liposomes.
