Example, the current of the whole circuit is 10amp. There are 2ohm resistor and 6ohm resistor.

1. Is the current flowing in 2ohm resistor 10amp?

2. Is the current flowing in the 6ohm resistor 10amp?

3. Is the voltage across the 6ohm resistor the same as the voltage of the battery in a series and parallel circuit?

what is a circuit ? what is a resistor ? check these words in a dictionary ! no or yes may give you the wrong answer so look it up.

If the circuit is comprised of a battery, a 2 ohm resistor and a 6 ohm resistor all in series, then:

1. yes, it is 10 Amp

2. yes, it is 10 Amp

3. Not the same if it is a series circuit, but it is the same if it is a parallel circuit.

hi dear
(1 & 2) yes, it is the same
(3) no, in series it is not the same , as voltage varies per resistor. In parallel yes....as current varies per resistor in parallel
