It's just a simple circuit with a power supply n resistors in series & parallel. I just need to know the factors that affect our results.

Some real life factors that can effect your values are:

Age of components.
Oxidation of leads,
mathematical errors,
quality of joints,
type of joints/splices used
(ie are you soldering components to a pcb or are you using a bread board. )
Length of run in between components.

To name a few.

Besides what is mentioned above, the biggest error source is the tolerance of the resistors.  2nd on the list may be the temperature coefficients of the resistors.
