Take the following theoretical biochemical pathway (each arrow represents an enzyme and therefore a gene):

A → B → C → D → → → E
        ↓     ↓      ↓
        F    G     H

Normal metabolism of the amino acid is from A to E, with other pathways possible as depicted.  However, a number of mutations have been discovered in the pathways from A to E that can lead to disease conditions.  For example, an excess of G leads to hair loss, an excess of F leads to hearing loss, an excess of A leads to slurred speech, an excess of C leads to obesity, and an excess of H leads to high blood pressure.

•Where is/are the mutations that would result in a person having obesity and hair loss?

•Where is/are the mutations that would result in a person having hearing loss only?

•Where is/are the mutations that would result in a person slurred speech and hearing loss?

•Is it possible for someone to have obesity and high blood pressure in this model above (explain why or why not in detail)?

•Could a person have mild forms of all of these symptoms at the same time? If so (or not), explain why

I am having problems with exactly how to find this out.
