Just enantiomers.

Not all molecules rotate plane polarized light. The molecule must have some form of asymmetry in it. Enantiomers are good examples. However, quartz can also exhibit optical activity, if its crystal planes are rotated. Spin-polarized atoms and molecules of gases also exhibit optical rotation.

NO

rotating light is a break in symmetry and thus the molecule must have a chiral center
