I'm kind of stuck where it comes to figuring out how to compute the orthogonal basis from a vector. Please help.
Does this look correct?

I took used the dot product on the vector and got (-5, 1, 1).
Then took the cross products of the vectors and got (-1, -16, 11).

Do these values look correct?

yes! since all the three vectors are mutually orthogonal.
