I've never heard of an 'asthma vaccine'? Asthma is not something you catch in the form a virus or pathogen. The website you provided are suggested for those with asthma because the flu, for instance, can be life-threatening for people with this condition.

Asthma is not caused by viruses. It's triggered by them due to the way certain viruses affect the respiratory system
