Excessive amount of each of the following ions would most likely interfere with normal heart activity. Note the type of changes caused in each case.

Not sure if this is correct, but here's a go Frowning Face Ca++ would trigger a greater number of action potentials, as would K+. Too much funny sodium (Na+) could potentially throw off the autorhythmicity of the SA, AV node cycle.
