Consider if the left beaker pressure had been decreased to 10 mm Hg, what would happen to the filling time?
    Filling time would decrease in response to decreased pressure in the left beaker.
    Filling time would increase in response to decreased pressure in the left beaker.
    Filling time would be unchanged in response to decreased pressure in the left beaker
