I am just starting out toward my degree, I am wondering which speech section is most useful for Biology. Interpersonal or Business and Professional? Both seem beneficial. I can not decide.

Both do seem beneficial, I agree. Interpersonal communication is exchange of information between two or more people. Since you're be conducting presentations on labs you performed, this may come in handy. The latter would come in handy if you want to sell something you've discovered or made, which would probably be later on in the future.
