What are good food sources of phosphorus, and what are the possible effects of a deficiency or excess of phosphorus in the body?

Sources: meat, fish, poultry, eggs, cereals
Deficiency: muscle weakness, bone pain ( osteoporosis)
Excess: decrease in bone mass, calcium deposits in tissues
