What is the protein that can be mutated to increase the efficiency of carbon fixation in C-3 plants?

This is really confusing. We wanted to say that of the amount of CO2 was increased there could be an increase in efficiency of carbon fixation. However that is wrong, so we came up with RubisCO. We think that if there was an increased amount of RubisCo in the plant, that there could be more processes of the Calvin cycle occuring, throughout.
