B) Explain the all- or none response. then predict the mass that could be lifted at 3 mV of stimuli and at 4 mV of stimuli.

Hint for question 3: To lift a feather or a heavy weight, the same all-or-none response occurs. It is just, when lifting a heavier weight, more neurons stimulate more muscle fibrils. It is assumed in this question that a single neuron affects a single muscle fibre.
