I have a test coming up tomorrow, and I can't seem to calculate this.

Calculate the energy released to cool down 100( Degree Celsius) of mass 2kg to water. (Ans: 4772000J)

And also:
Calculate the energy required to change 1.5kg of ice at 0( Degree Celsius) to steam at 100 (Degree Celsius) (Ans: 451000J)

It would be great to show the steps an elaborate.
THANKS
Can you also tell me the formula for that? It's getting me confused.
