You are cross a red eye male with a white eye female. Males are XY and females are XX. Now, based on the alleles, the male would be X^R Y since he has red eyes, the female would be X^r X^r since she has white eyes - a homozygous recessive genotype. Crossing the two would give you two heterozygous females (X^R X^r) and two white-eyed males (X^rY).
