scenario: doing an autopsy on a 60yr , found out the man had no corpus callosum. He functioned well neurologically; his medical history reported no neural dysfunction.  Why is this? I thought if your missing corpus callosum you will have neurological issues.

Cool!

I knew a person who had a missing CC.

Neuropsychological testing reveals subtle differences in higher cortical function compared to individuals of the same age and education without ACC, although some individuals with callosal disorders have average intelligence and lead normal lives.
