1. Test Tube 1 - A (one band lighter)
2. Test Tube 3 - B (one band heavier)
3. Test Tube 2 - C (has both heavy and light therefore middle)
4. Test Tube 5 - D (allows fusion of both heavy and light, so three bands)
5. Test Tube 4 - E (only separate heavy and light, therefore two bands, high/low)
