Three capacitors, with capacitances C1 = 2.5 μF, C2 = 4.1 μF, and C3 = 2.6 μF, are connected to a 17 -V voltage source, as shown in the figure. What is the charge on capacitor C2 ?

Q = Ceq * V

Ceq = 9.4*3.5/9.4+3.5 = 2.55uF

Q = 2.55 *17 = 43.3565 uC

Q = 43.3565 uC

now charge on Q2 = QC2/(C2+C3)

Q2 = 17.527 uF ( answer)
