I is most probably a cyclicchloroalkane  , but most  cyclic compounds with 4 or less carbons aren't stable , so there is just no other option.

Please help me figure out the structure of this molecule.

I think can decolorize because Br more reactive than Cl so that Cl will have electron from Br so that Cl stable after Cl not bonded with C3H5 after that Br (negative after not bonded with Br2) so will decolorize Br2 lequid

Chlorocyclopropane is a stable molecule; it boils around 65 oC.
