Hand Tremors "رعشة اليدين أو الرجفة"

A tremor is an unintentional rhythmic movement of any part of the body. When hands are shaking or trembling, this is typically a tremor of the hands. Tremors are usually caused by problems with areas of the brain that control movements due to genetic factor or the presence of a particular disease.

- Caffeine drinking

رعشة اليدين أو الرجفة هي اهتزاز مؤقت تصاب به اليدين وقد يصاب به أي جزء آخر في الجسم لأسباب متعددة، أو بسبب العامل الوراثي أو تواجد مرض معين.

- الإجهاد النفسي أو البدني لليدين
- مشاعر القلق أو الخوف أو التوتر المفاجئ
- العصبية
- مشاكل الغدة الدرقية
- أورام المخ
- شرب الكحوليات
- التدخين
- بخاخ او كمام الفنتولين
- مشروبات الكافيين
- الشيخوخة
- مرض التصلب العصبي MS
- باركنسون مرض الشلل الرعاشي
