A ctenophore

Description
Cnetophores are commonly called comb jellies because of the eight rows of cilia on their surface that resemble combs. This is Mnemiopsis leidyi, the sea walnut, which was accidentally introduced via the ballast water of ships to the Black and Caspian Seas.
