CAD conditions of a narrowed vessel from plaque or a blood clot may lead to ACS symptoms. ECG changes with ACS symptoms: A, normal sinus rhythm; B, inverted T wave indicating myocardial ischemia; C, ST elevation with STEMI indicating myocardial injury; D, abnormal Q wave indicative of an MI.
