Tussar Cotton Inc is the third biggest distributor of raw cotton in the state. Recently, the state government has been debating on a new bill, which if passed, would result in substantial decrease in Tussar's revenues.
 
  The owners of Tussar decide to lobby against this bill by joining with an association. What step should Tussar Cotton owners take, and why?
   a) They should join a trade group; because members of trade groups work together for the benefit of the entire industry despite being rivals in the market
   b) They should join a chamber of commerce; because members of a chamber of commerce can help Tussar Cotton get back on track after the bill is passed as they believe in boosting local business
   c) They should join a labor union; as the members of the labor union help protect the interests of the employees who would also be affected by Tussar Cotton's drop in revenue
   d) They should join a professional association; as members of such an association work toward upgrading skills that might help Tussar Cotton discover new products and generate more revenue.
