Traditionally, American domestic beers are often served very cold, out of an ice bucket registering at 32 degrees F. The reason for this is:
 
  a. to heighten the aromas and flavors
  b. to accentuate the coldness, therefore limiting the aromas and flavors
  c. removes the carbonation
  d. accentuate the alcohol content
