How does greeting every employee by name at shift's beginning and thanking them at the end serve as a motivational strategy?
 
  a. Sets a positive tone of acknowledgement and appreciation
  b. Example to all to learn the names of regular guests
  c. Good practice for supervisor in dealing with guests and managers
  d. Will be on time and stay if it is known supervisor is checking
