Why is it thought that teenagers who had taken a virginity pledge were less likely to use a condom than those who had not taken the pledge?

  a. Using a condom would show that the decision to have sex was impulsive.
  b. Condom availability is most likely limited in regions of the county where virginity pledges are most common.
  c. Pledgers may be less educated in the necessities of condom use.
  d. Teenage girls who pledge are also more likely to want to get pregnant at a young age.
