Hello everyone

If I have a specific biomarker that is upregulated, how can I measure and quantify how much it has been upregulated in the diseased state?
And how may I isolate the cells that have this biomarker? I have some thoughts in mind, but thought I would ask for validation Slight Smile

Best I could do is provide you an overview. Only because you haven't what biomarker you're using.
